The kitchen asks a lot of the people in it. Michael Graves Design worked with Polder to bring considered design to two of the tasks that accumulate quietly: composting and under-sink storage. Each product was developed by mapping the full routine, finding where the process was asking something unnecessary of the person doing it, and designing that friction out.
