Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in every order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. 

Returns
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of purchase at Hello@MichaelGravesDesign.com. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back. 

Returned items must be in new condition, with no visible wear or signs of use, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once your return has been received and reviewed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. 

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Additional Information
We review each return individually to ensure it meets our return guidelines. Returns requested outside of the stated timeframes may not be eligible for a refund.
