"Notwithstanding the flimsy adjuster issue, this cane is great. However, the height adjuster broke on two of my canes, making them too short to use. The manufacturer needs to strengthen the adjuster so that users can frequently adjust the height (for example when going down stairs). I have provided feedback on this issue before to no avail. Hopefully someone from the company sees this and addresses my concerns."

Most disappointing is how difficult it is to fold, no matter how hard I pull on the ends or try pulling at different angle. If there is a way to do it, it’s not intuitive. Plus if often doesn’t stay folded. Sad."
