DESCRIPTION
To mark the Whistling Bird Teakettle’s 30th anniversary, Michael Graves Design redesigned the whistle, transforming the whistling bird into a fascinating mythological and futuristic creature: something in between a dragon and a flying dinosaur. Symbolizing strength and fortune in Chinese culture, and gaining focus the world over with the popularity of Game of Thrones, the dragon was chosen as a good luck charm for the kitchen. Tea Rex remains distinguished by its contrast of materials—mirror-polished stainless-steel body and spout designed to boil water faster and thermoplastic handle, rivet details near the bottom and, of course, the new dragon whistle that sings when your water has reached a boil leading to an inevitable smile. Tea Rex is made in Italy and can be used on any type of cooktop, including induction.

USE & CARE
- Can be used on any type of cooktop, including induction.
- Do not heat while kettle is empty or allow it to boil dry.
- It is not recommended to fill the kettle above the inner spout opening.
- Hand wash only. Do not use harsh detergents, abrasive cleansers, steel wool or steel scouring pads.
